We represent both Israeli and foreign clients in cross-border disputes and attract major players in nearly all domestic and international markets: banks and other financial institutions; insurance companies; telecommunications; real estate developers; high tech (software, IT, semi-conductors, internet and e-commerce); venture capital and private equity funds; consumer products; aviation and transportation; life sciences (pharmaceuticals, bio tech, medical devices, digital health); media and more. The practice has developed an expertise with regard to the distinctive aspects of international litigation, both in substance and in procedure, including the international jurisdiction of Israeli courts, conflict of law rules, enforcement of foreign judgments in Israel, and international arbitrations and legal cooperation between states in civil and commercial matters. Some of the cases that we handle are the "Israeli front" of larger and more complex matters, such as disputes regarding product liability, mass torts, M&A transactions, securities and more, that may involve litigation and/or administrative matters in additional jurisdictions. Thus, we have the experience and understanding of foreign clients' interests and needs with respect to litigating in Israel as part of their overall international legal interests and strategy. We are often appointed by the leading Israeli insurers as well as foreign insurers to represent their clients in Israeli litigation and work closely with the Israeli representatives or aggregators of the leading foreign insurers that are active in the Israeli markets.
