He has also acquired great experience while representing municipalities on zoning matters, evictions and land reclamations.
Additionally, Hagai represents not-for-profit clients, including academic, Christian and other religious institutions operating in Israel and other volunteer organizations.
Hagai also represents companies at every stage of development, in a full range of employment-related matters including, employee rights and benefits, incentive plans for management, employee rights in the context of mergers and acquisitions, employment matters related to Israeli citizens working in Israeli branches of international corporations, as well as employment law related litigation.
Hagai serves as an arbitrator in resolving civil disputes.
In the 1980’s Hagai was sent to the United States on behalf of the World Zionistic Organization, where, among other things, he served as the Young Judea emissary, and as the North American representative of the Scouts movement. He is among the founders of the B’Tselem human rights organization and is active in the Association for Civil Rights in Israel.
Hagai joined the firm in 1980, and became a partner in 1989.
