Ben has played an active role in many high-profile mergers and acquisitions in recent years, and leads the firm's practice in matters relating to employee equity-based and other incentive plans.
Ben also has expertise in executive compensation and employment law and employee-related issues. Ben also has considerable experience handling international technology licensing, OEM, partnering, distribution and other commercial technology-related agreements for companies active in bio-technology, telecom and other high technology fields.
Ben joined the firm in 2000 and became a partner in 2007.
