Benjamin has vast experience in commercial litigation and arbitration, representing both Israeli and foreign clients in the Magistrate and District Courts in Israel, as well as before Israel`s Supreme Court.

Benjamin`s experience includes complex litigation involving negotiable instruments, civil and criminal taxation cases, intellectual property, hi-tech, telecommunications, real estate, administrative law, environmental issues and corporate disputes.

In addition to litigating cases in court, Benjamin regularly advises businesses concerning implementation of corporate compliance programs (including environmental issues) and litigation avoidance.

Benjamin joined the firm in 1992 .

Benjamin graduated with a BA in psychology and philosophy from Haifa University in 1983 and received his law degree from Tel Aviv University in 1988.
Benjamin was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1990.
