Daniel Green

Daniel Green's practice focuses on licensing, corporate partnering and intellectual property.

Daniel has represented emerging and established technology companies in the information technology, e-commerce, biotechnology, medical device and pharmaceutical industries.

Daniel has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting complex licensing, development and technology transfer arrangements, Internet and e-commerce agreements, OEM, VAR and other distribution and supply arrangements, joint ventures and other commercial transactions.

Daniel also advises venture capital funds and has been involved with secondary fund transactions and various aspects of fund formation.

Prior to joining Yigal Arnon & Co., Daniel practiced law in Toronto, Canada, for a number of years with Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP.
Daniel joined the firm in 2003 and became a partner in 2012.

Daniel earned his law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School of York University in Toronto. He also holds a B.A.(hon.) in Political Science from McGill University in Montreal and an M.A. (magna cum laude) in Middle East History from Tel Aviv University.
Daniel was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada (Ontario) in 1998 and to the Israel Bar in 2003.
